London Persian Rescue has been running approximately 20 years in one way or another, starting off first with domestic cats, and then ending up catering predominantly for Persians, but also other pedigree cats.

I take in cats from all over the London area, and work alongside all the major rescue centres across the country. I also work with breeders, especially those who are having great difficulties in coping with their cats. All cats, before they are re-homed, are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, and de-flee'd. All health problems are attended to by the vet.

I also take in other breeds of cat, and work with the welfare groups concerned with each specialised breed. I receive a great variety of breeds, and are successful in finding homes for most of them.

I also do behaviour training with cats, as some do not know how to behave with humans. All they need is love, and to know which boundaries they can cross.
